By using this website or placing an order with A Steel Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Original Artworks

All original paintings are one-of-a-kind works. Once sold, they cannot be reproduced or replaced. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon receipt of full payment and successful delivery.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced to order using premium archival materials. Production begins upon receipt of payment. Please allow additional production time before dispatch. All sales of fine art prints are final.

Custom Commissions

Commission projects begin with a consultation and deposit. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Final payment is due upon completion, before delivery. Adam Steel retains the right to photograph and share commissioned works for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements for original artworks and commissions are discussed and agreed individually. Fine art prints are dispatched once production is complete. A Steel Art is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Returns

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. In the event of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence at adam@asteelart.co.za.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Adam Steel and A Steel Art. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
